Naturally cultivated and harvested by hand from Tuscany, Italy, our all natural butter with black truffles can be used as any flavored butter for pasta, rice, potatoes, fish, sreak, and egg dishes. The rich and creamy texture is made with real butter and tender pieces of black summer truffles.  In Italy, this truffle is called Scorzone and is characterized by its medium to dark brown color, warty surface, rounded shape and an average size up to a kilo. The summer truffle has a distinctive earthy aroma and taste that enhances almost any dish. Huge truffle aroma fills the air as soon as you open the jar.  Try toasting some bread, spread some truffle butter on it, add a touch of grated parmesan cheese, and serve as an appetizer. Or mix together an egg yolk, a teaspoon of truffle butter, copious amounts of grated parmesan cheese, and two teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil as a sauce for pasta. This truffle butter is shelf stable until opened, then refrigerate.  80 grams
