Dukkah Cheese Roll
- 1 feta cheese wheel
- 5 ounces cheddar cheese
- 2 ounces cream cheese
- Sprig of parsley (optional)
- 5 ounces dukkah (flavor of choice)
Blend feta, cheddar and cream cheese in a food processor.
Add parsley. Roll into cheese balls or rolls.
Roll cheese ball or roll in dukkah until evenly covered.
Chill in refrigerator for 20 minutes before serving
Serve with fresh vegetables or crackers.
