Product Description

Join us as we delve into the diverse culinary history of Morocco! Watch and learn about tagine cooking, the original clay cooker introduced to Morocco by the Berbers 2000 years ago. Taste the spices of Asia brought by the Arabs and the Moorish contribution of olives, olive oil and citrus. Finish off the evening with the more recent influence of the French! Our tantalizing menu for this demonstration cooking class:
- Preserved lemon and tomato salad with capers
- Shrimp, Ginger and Fennel Tagine served over hand-rolled Couscous
- Moroccan Spiced Chocolate Mousse
- Mint tea
- Chenin Blanc wine
