- ~1 tbsp plain or flavored Balsamic Vinegar (more or less to taste).
- 8-12 oz chilled sparkling water ( wine, such as prosecco, or cava brut).
Pour or measure the balsamic vinegar into the bottom of a tall glass. add a small amount of the sparkling beverage and swirl to dissolve the balsamic. Fill the class with remaining beverage and ice (if desired). Using the small amount of beverage to dissolve the balsamic will preserve the fizziness of the sparkling beverage. Enjoy!

I like Extra Virgin An Olive Ovation for imported mustards, vinegars and olive oils. Incorporating these ingredients into a dish can change it significantly. For instance, a Zinfandel vinegar over a dessert is divine, and mustard in a soup is quite amazing.
