Imported from Modena, Italy, this balsamic has a high percentage of grape must resulting in a thick and sweet vinegar. Barrel aging contributes to the layers of dried fruit flavors that mingle with the intense grape background. Good for salads, sautéed and roasted veggies, and brushing on anything grilled. It's also great on fruit, especially berries and over ice cream!
