Our stuffed olives start with the best quality sevillano, otherwise known as queen olives, that are hand stuffed and hand packed. The brine has just the right amount of salt and a touch of vinegar to keep the olives crispy and flavorful. A variety of stuffings are offered including traditional pimento, crunchy almond, refreshing lemon, mellow marinated garlic, really hot habanero, nicely hot jalapeno, lovely onion, and double stuffed which is garlic and jalapeno in the same olive!
